Speaking on the sidelines of the inaugural ceremony of the event, Gholamreza Jamali, director of the exhibition added that based on the expo motto of "Petroleum industry, production leap and technological optimization", the event facilitates sharing best approaches as well as addressing the challenges facing the oil industry.

According to the report of the public relations of the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC), he stated that Iran Oil Show is the largest industrial-commercial event in Iran and one of the largest oil exhibitions in Middle East.

"The event brings together oil industry experts, officials of state-run and private sector as well as international companies to discuss cooperation and investment opportunities in Iran"s oil industry," he said.

It"s worth mentioning that, unveiling of new technologies, innovations and equipment in the field of production and development of the oil industry as one of the main points of the Iran Oil Show 2024.

The official added that domestic and foreign companies show their modern equipment and technologies that are used to improve operational efficiency, increase production along with minimizing costs and environmental impacts.

"I am proud to announce that 28th Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition is being held with the presence of 1,500 domestic firms as well as 250 foreign companies in an area of more than 70,000 square meters," he stated.
