The tripartite document was signed in the presence of Seyed Ebrahim Raisi and Ilham Aliyev, the presidents of Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan, respectively, Iran"s SHANA news agency reported.

According to the agreement, which was signed by the Iranian and Azerbaijani oil ministers on Sunday evening (November 28) after the end of the bilateral meeting between the two presidents, 1.5 to 2 billion cubic meters of gas will be transported annually from Turkmenistan to the Republic of Azerbaijan through the Islamic Republic of Iran.
